Muriwai Surf Report
Saturday, May 23, 2015

7:25am - Plenty of swell on the coast with 3-4ft WSW swell, bigger sets in the 5-6ft range coming through at times on exposed spots. Winds up blowing E early will swing SE then SW later.

Long range forecast - Solid swell building into the weekend. We'll see an increase Friday with a SW change. Steady swell for the weekend (solid again) Saturday could offer a wave with a forecast ESE for the morning and a late SW change. Sunday things will pack up again with solid swell and strong SW winds. Looking to next week and we'll see plenty of swell on offer winds easing Monday and going light from Tuesday as a monster high pressure moves onto the country. Will be some better surfing mid to late next week.
